The Business

ZooKeepers Pet Sitting was founded in 2006 in Harnett County North Carolina.  We are a full service pet sitting business, offering vacation and daily service.  We cover Ft. Bragg, Spring Lake and Southern Harnett County.  We are available to our clients 365 days a year with no "hidden" holiday fees.  We are a member of Pet Sitters Assoc LLC, Professional United Pet Sitters and the Better Business Bureau. 

We presently have a staff of 3 highly experienced Independent Contractors.  We have cared for elderly and special needs animals, providing a higher level of "medical care" as needed.

We accept last minute reservations from both current and prospective clients.  We understand that friends can let you down at the last minute.  Sometimes life throws you a curveball you just weren't planning for.  We have gone the extra mile to help new clients in their time of need.

We charge a flat rate for visits, with most visits just $18 each.  No mileage charges, medication charges, additional pet charges, access to Ft. Bragg charges or other miscellaneous pet charges.  Just one flat rate to keep things simple.

The Boss

Hi!  My name is Jen and I own ZooKeepers Pet Sitting.  My family and I moved to southern Harnett County 17 years ago.  Shortly after the move, I needed a pet sitter for our Zoo.  I found that no service from Fayetteville would travel here to care for my pets.  There wasn't a service based here either.  So, with a little prodding, I created          ZooKeepers Pet Sitting.

I have had many diverse pets as well as cared for many more, including some livestock.  Presently, my Zoo includes 1 dog, 3 Indian Ringneck Parakeets, 2 ferrets and one turtle and her fish friends . Over the years, the Zoo also included cats, a Columbian redtail boa (snake), a pair of ball pythons, a rabbit, a few aquatic turtles, many fancy rats, a cockatiel and a cockatoo, along with a few other dogs.  (Metoo is pictured above.)
